How to Use OT Progress Tracker

A collaborative bridge connecting parents and Occupational Therapists (OTs) to track a child's progress, share session notes, and align on home activities between visits.

Create or Join Profile

A parent or OT creates a child profile. A unique Family Code (e.g. ABC-1234) is generated for that child.

Share & Sync Access

Share the Family Code with the OT or the second parent. They click "Join with Code", enter the code, and select their role (Parent/OT).

Track 1–5 Skill Progress

Rate developmental skills (1 = Significant difficulty to 5 = Age-appropriate). Parent and OT ratings save in separate columns so both viewpoints are captured!

Log Session Micro-Goals

Add specific session targets (e.g. Pencil Grip, Sitting Tolerance). Log prompt levels (Max, Mod, Min Assist, Cueing, Independent) after sessions.

No! The tracker maintains distinct columns for Parent and OT ratings. You only edit the column corresponding to your account's role (Parent or OT), preserving both perspectives side-by-side.

How does the Family Code work? ▼

The Family Code is a secure 7-character code assigned to each child's profile. Clicking the code in the top bar copies it to your clipboard so you can email or text it to the OT or caregiver.

Are Ask AI conversations visible to the other linked account? ▼

No. Your Ask AI chat history is 100% private to your own account. The OT or parent linked to the same profile cannot see your AI conversations.

Does this replace formal OT evaluation reports? ▼

No. This tracker is an informal collaborative tool meant to facilitate communication and progress monitoring between formal clinical re-evaluations.
